the tenon to allow for natural
expansion and to avoid stress cracks.
Oak legs get turned on an old 1950's lathe.
This table was designed
with a through-tenon joint to
create a bracket under
the overhang.
This is a 6" breadboard end
in white oak
The breadboard tenons get
hand planed to fit.
This is a completed standard table,
without add-ons, prior to finish.
